Alright today is a special day for my blog cos exactly 1 year ago from this date was when I had created this blog & post my first blog entry.Still clearly remember why I start to blog.It was because I also wish to have a place whereby I could record my memories be it good or bad,sad or happy.But also because that time after 'O' level then got a very long holiday so was kinda rotting at home so decided to find something else to do lolz..Anyway just wanna thanks Chan Wai Ting for helping me to start setting my own blog.Without your help dun think this blog will even exist hahaz..Okay before I end would also like to thanks those who have been visiting this blog despite nowadays I dun really blog that often liao lolz..Pls remember to continue visiting & leave a tag to tell me who are my friends who still remember me ya hehe..

Alright back to blogging...Recently quite a number of things happen which really causes me to think alot as well as getting fed up.Sometime I'm really wondering what the hell are these ppl thinking & what do they treat me as.I organise a meeting as I think he might need some help & he say will come & plan together.But then on the actual day just 1hr before the meeting time he say he is not coming.FINE!!! Then the rest of us help him to plan.The next day he call me to ask what we had plan & as usual I told him the detail.Guess what he say next??? He said "actually don't need to plan one just tell the other CIs the brief detail like time,date & venue can le".WTF!!! So if that is the case then in the first bloody place why you also agree to come for the meeting to plan together & after that you din appear.And when you dun come & thinks that there isn't a need to plan then why dun you tell us earlier.DO YOU THINK WE ARE DAMN F**KING FREE??? Just that planning causes us to plan until 9pm plus without eating dinner yet.So what do you treat us as??? We can just simply dun care & dun bother as since we are not the in-charge for the CI workshop.But its because we are from the same unit that is why we came to help.What is worst when you yourself is the in-charge din even appear for the ATC meeting to explain the detail of the CI workshop on your own.So after all these things you still expect us to help you to clear all these shit & you just sit back & relax thinking that you are tired or busy.Do you think I'm not tired either as after school I still have to do things that are not related to me.Just because I always kept quiet does not means you can always take things for granted.Everyone has a certain amount of limit they can take & you have already pushes mine to the limit already.Just push a little bit more of my limit & I can gurantee you that I will do something to make you disgrace in front of everyone.As for yesterday ATC meeting,another thing that make me fed up is some inconsiderate ppl.Although the CC might be abit blur or unsure at sometimes,but then I think we should still give our basic respect by listening on what he wishes to say & not talking amoung yourself at one side or interrupting what he is saying when he is not done yet.Worst is when they brought in unrelevant topic & delay others time.Then next the hong kah incident happen to me.Whereby my own unit CIs shoots me on my lesson plan & it was until someone says "see the own unit CIs fighting wif each other" then she stops ARRGH!!! Yes logical speaking there isn't any wrong for shooting.But lets face it to the fact of this reality world.Have you ever thought of how others will see us when as what they put it "own unit CIs fighting amoung themself".Are you trying to tell the others that we are not united or our CIs have problem working wif each other.Put it in a not very nice way would be are you trying to sabo your own ppl.Imagining when you work outside & during a meeting instead of support your teams stand,you ended up shooting your own team.Sound stupid & thinks no one will do that rite but there are really such ppl.Moreover the question she ask is perhaps she din really put much thought into it before she ask which I dun understand why she will ask that question.If there is really a need to say then perhaps you can whisper to me or tell me privately after the meeting rite.Haiz........................................Why can't they think properly...Randomly..A friend told me that I'm always being surrounded by NPCC.Perhaps its time for you to move on.Another friend told me that I should try to keep the fire buring on.But then I think no matter how long lasting can that piece of wood burn eventually it would also turn to a pile of ashes one day.Its just a matter of time.But no worries I won't leave the unit & that is my promise.

Yesterday(12/04/08) went to HTA & help out for NPAP(doing carpark duties)..It was also my first time serving HQ(Yes!!! Clocked 10 HQ hrs) & going for NPAP.In the process got to know some other CIs as well as getting to know some of my Area 18 CIs better hahaz..Also went to take a peep at the parade while doing duties & I think they did quite a good job(including Ms Chua who is the MCs).The fancy drills done by Jurong Secondary was not bad either & anyway was kinda proud to see my cadets participate in the NPAP.After my duties went to Harmony Hall & was surprise to see 3 of my unit senior staff there.The whole thing lasted till 9pm plus before we leave cos we wanted to get our pink form to be sign but think something goes wrong in the parade & the trainers for NPAP are to stay back for debrief then in the end nvr get to sign cos very late le & we are tired(got a feeling that the trainers will be slaughter lolz).After that went JP LJS for dinner before the Area 18 CIs parted their ways lolz..Alrite think I shall stop here & do tag if you are visiting ya..

Ooops its kinda long since my last update liao...Hmm cos have been busy working at Robinson,going for NPCC training & outing with friends so no time to update.But of cos also lazy & lack of motivation to keep posting la lolz..For this post dun worry I'm not going to like talk about NPCC or my daily life.If you all have realise the tittle of the post then perhaps you might know what am I going to talk about in this post.Yes!!! Its all about the word call motivation.In this 2 months of school holidays,there are many things that happen to me,my surroundings or my friends.All this things make me think & think & think.Self-reflect & reflect & more reflection.Whatever things that we do,I really think there must be something there to keep motivating us to move forward.Cos without it perhaps some of us will tends to give up easily as we might think why are we working so hard to do this for & what is the purpose of doing this when perhaps we might not even be benefiting anything from it.But then...what happens if one day the thing that keeps motivating us have begin to start fading away??? Seriously i dun know either.Hope that wont happen to me or at least not so soon.Okay think this is where i shall ends & remember to leave a tag ya hahaz...
